Everything the route needs, in three moving parts.
A brief tour. The suite runs standalone with masters maintained inside it, or connected to your ERP. The detail behind each line is best shown running — that is what the demo is for.
Six operational modules and one analytics layer.
Take the whole suite or start with the module that hurts most. They share one master data set, so nothing is stranded later.
Field Sales (SFA)
Customers, routes, journey plans, GPS check-in and check-out, visit outcomes, targets and coverage — with supervisor visibility over all of it.

Gate verified · Variance controlledMaster Data Management
The suite is self-sufficient. Every master it needs is created and maintained inside the Operations Hub — no ERP, no data team and no integration project required to get started.
- Form-wise entry — guided single-record forms with field validation, approvals and change history
- Bulk import — Excel or CSV against a downloadable template, validated row by row with an error report before commit
- Bulk export — any master out to Excel for review, offline correction and re-import
- Covers the full set — customers, outlets, products, UOMs, price lists, taxes, routes, vehicles, warehouses, users and hierarchy
- Nothing wasted later — connect an ERP whenever you choose; existing masters map across
Analytics & Dashboards
Configurable dashboards and chart widgets across sales, stock, visits, collections, returns and execution — with one-click Excel export and printable day-end reports from the device itself.
- Sales — target versus achievement by salesman, route, customer and product
- Stock — warehouse, van, movement and slow-moving lines
- Field force — visits, coverage, productivity, commission earned
- Collections — receipts, outstanding, ageing and payment method
- Management — region, area and route performance side by side
The Field App
An offline-first Android application your teams carry into every outlet. One app, provisioned per role from the server.
- Guided selling — a recommended order built from buying history, must-stock lists, last-order snapshot and open missions for the store
- Full catalogue — by category and brand, searchable, barcode-scannable, with a quick-add mode for routine repeats
- Self-policing pricing — customer-specific prices, price ladders, multi-generation promotions and credit limits enforced in the aisle
- Print at the counter — ESC/POS, CPCL, ZPL and ESC/P over Bluetooth, with PDF generation and sharing as a fallback
- Returnable containers — refill / new / replacement order types, per-outlet bottle ledgers, deposit tracking, customer wallet
- Returns without disputes — captured against the original invoice, classified, photo-evidenced, released by supervisor authorisation code
The Operations Hub
One web back office for everything head office decides — and a governance layer so those decisions hold in the field.
- Masters, maintained by you — customers with documents and credit terms, products with UOM conversion rules, distributors, vehicles, taxes and GST, currencies and org hierarchy — added one form at a time or imported in bulk from Excel, with no ERP required
- Route and journey design — beats, routes, calendars, holidays, visit frequency: what decides which outlet appears on whose screen on which day
- Commercial configuration — price lists and ladders, a multi-generation promotions engine, trade schemes with exclusions, coupons, targets, commission plans
- Execution design — survey builders, planogram definitions, perfect-store scorecards, campaign setup, broadcast news to the field
- Governance — a generic approval engine, a rule engine with its own authoring UI, permissions down to individual actions, a complete audit trail
- Automated replenishment — ASRM computes and schedules store replenishment, with its own import and scheduling controls
- Notifications — SMS, email, OTP and push on a queued, template-driven pipeline
The Integration Engine — optional, and thorough when you want it.
If your ERP should stay the system of record, a dedicated synchronisation service moves data both ways on a monitored schedule, through a staging layer with per-entity process-status tracking. Every record's journey is visible, and every failure is re-runnable. If you would rather run standalone, leave it switched off.
Inbound from ERP
Item and price masters including ladders, tax masters, customer masters, credit limits and temporary limits, outstanding and open invoices, statements, PO confirmations, warehouse stock, load-outs and provisions.
Outbound to ERP
Sales orders, sales invoices, receipts, purchase orders, load requests, customer master changes and credit notes — posted on schedule, with status visible per record.
Connectors & files
SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics and Tally out of the box. Bulk Excel and CSV import and export across the master data set for initial loads and mass maintenance.
Built something yourself? That works too.
In-house and custom-built ERPs are first-class targets, not exceptions. We integrate through whichever door your system opens: REST APIs on either side, a database-level staging layer your team writes to and reads from, or scheduled flat-file exchange over CSV, Excel or XML. The same monitoring, per-record process status and re-run capability applies — a home-grown ERP is not a second-class integration.
The detail is best seen running.
Tell us your route model and we will walk the platform through it — your channels, your trade terms, your ERP.
